We are a small operation, so there is no contact form and no ticket number. Email us and we reply as fast as we can.

Useful things to write to us about:

• A listing on this site whose price, rating or season has changed. We would rather hear it from you than find it three months later.
• A Svalbard tour that exists and is not here. If it has a real GetYourGuide or Viator page, send the link.
• A question about a trip that none of our guides answers.
• Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.

What we cannot do: take a booking, change a booking, or answer for an operator. Every tour on this site is sold and run by someone else, and their listing on GetYourGuide or Viator has a message button that reaches the people who actually own your reservation. That is always the faster route.
